Each year in October, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) supports a National Drug Take Back Day.
However, you do not need to wait until October to safely dispose of unused medication.
You can find a location to drop off the medication any day of the year. You do not need to give your name or other identifying information when you drop off medication.
Clarkston Police Department (805 5th Street in Clarkston) and Asotin County Sheriff (838 5th Street in Clarkson) both offer free and easy drop off.
